Introduction to 1.
Dongguan Yintai Glass Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yintai") code of conduct is based on Yintai's sustainable development strategy of "paying equal attention to economic and social benefits". This code of conduct is the common code of conduct for all Yintai employees and the basic conditions for Yintai to choose long-term cooperative suppliers and service providers. The code of conduct is specially formulated.
2. scope of application
This Code of Conduct applies to all employees and subordinate supply chain management of Yintai.
3. Content
1. Child and juvenile workers
The 1.1 prohibits the employment of child labor, shall provide employment opportunities for juvenile workers, and shall protect and provide skills training for employed juvenile workers in accordance with laws and regulations.
2. Compulsive and Bound Employment
The 2.1 does not permit the employment of any forced labor, prison labor, restrained labor or involuntary labor.
3. Business Ethics
The 3.1 prohibits corruption or bribery in any business activity, has zero tolerance for corruption and bribery, and forges any official documents.
4. Environment
4.1 comply with all laws and regulations applicable to environmental management, evaluate the possible environmental impact of production or life activities, and formulate feasible plans to avoid or reduce negative impact on the environment.
4.2 regularly monitor the environment and obtain the necessary monitoring reports.
5. Employee Health and Safety
5.1 provide employees with a good working environment and suitable personal protective equipment. The risk assessment of the workplace should be carried out according to the changes of production activities, and the feasibility plan should be formulated according to the risk assessment to gradually reduce the source of risk.
The 5.2 tests the occupational hazard factors in the workplace once a year, and obtains and saves the test report.
5.3 provide staff with necessary safety training.
5.4 We ensure that our employees are provided with a comfortable, safe and compliant accommodation and dining environment.
6. Working hours, wages and benefits
6.1 ensure that employee working hours, wages and benefits comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Discrimination
7.1 establish an anti-discrimination policy, all employees should have the same rights and benefits. Employees shall not be discriminated against on the basis of age, gender, gender awareness, marital and family status, race, religious belief, physical status, sexual orientation, ethnicity or any other reason.
8. Harassment, abuse and disciplinary action
Participation in, support for, corporal punishment, violent intimidation and other forms of mental and physical oppression are 8.1 strictly prohibited. Do not engage in, support or permit any form of harassment or abuse of employees in the workplace or accommodation provided. and shall not use any public warning and penalty system.
9. Employee Involvement
9.1 a health and safety committee is established, with at least half of the members of the committee in the general staff and meeting at least once every quarter.
9.2 develop written procedures to guide employees on how to respond and complain about issues related to social responsibility, such as discrimination, harassment or abuse. Employees should be familiar with the grievance process.
10. SUPPLIERS
10.1 shall establish written procedures to ensure that the requirements of this Code of Conduct are communicated to suppliers and partners and to monitor their implementation.
